Travel discount site Priceline.com will be relocating its New York office.

Previously located at 100 William Street, the company will move to the eighth floor of 485 Seventh Avenue, where it will occupy a 3,610-square-foot office. This is the company’s second office with its headquarters being based out of Norwalk, Connecticut.

Catherine O’Toole,  a managing member of Tarter Stats O’Toole and representative of the landlord, noted that Priceline.com was drawn to the brand of the building and the recent upgrades. The building recently completed renovations on all of the hallways in the building and will be starting work on the lobby.

With the help of Colliers International’s Robert Corbi, Priceline.com signed a five year deal in the building. The asking rent was upward of $38 per square foot.

Ms. O’Toole and her colleague Jonathan Mines took over leasing at the building for the Eretz Group nearly two years ago. Over the years, Tarter Stats O’Toole has developed a close relationship to the group, which is known to be stern with its demand and to shift around leasing agencies.

In addition to 485 Seventh Avenue, Ms. O’Toole leases out 39 West 38th Street and 252 West 37th Street in the Eretz Group portfolio. Reaching full occupancy on 39 West 38th Street with the recent signing of Leanne Marshall, Ms. O’Toole is shifting her focus to the remaining 20,000-square-feet in 485 Seventh Avenue.

She notes that a few 5,000 and 6,000 pieces are available and spaces between 1,500-square-feet to about 2,200- or 2,500 square feet.
