Capstone Equities has secured $43 million to finance Franklin Avenue Plaza, a four-building, 488,835-square-foot office complex in Long Island, N.Y., Commercial Observer can first report.
Goldman Sachs provided the debt as part of a larger commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) securitization, which replaced a loan from Argentic that Capstone used to acquire the property in 2025.
Newmark‘s Daniel Fromm, Ryan Bub, and Stavros Giannakopoulos arranged the transaction.
Located at 1205–1325 Franklin Avenue in Garden City, a Long Island suburb 20 miles east of Manhattan, Franklin Avenue Plaza encompasses four buildings, each no more than five stories, that opened around 1979.
Capstone Equities did not respond to requests for comment.
