David M. Levitt

David has been writing about commercial real estate since 1998, first at Real Estate Alert, then at Bloomberg and lately for the Commercial Observer. He was on the job on Sept. 11, 2001 and filed two stories about the World Trade Center that day. After that he covered the aftermath and the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan. His stories have also appeared in The Real Deal, the New York Daily News, the New York Times, Debtwire and Real Estate Fund Intelligence.
