Dwight Investment Management supplied the loan for the 368-unit complex that overlooks Greater Nevada Field, home of the Reno Aces, a Triple-A minor league affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. Loan proceeds were used to fund an interest reserve and return equity to the borrower, according to Dwight, with Brandon Baksh, Tommy Ng and Talisse Thompson originating the refi.

Located at 201 Evans Avenue, the five-story Ballpark Apartments debuted in early 2025. Its resident amenities include a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center and a rooftop lounge.

The 486,000-square-foot development has contributed to ongoing revitalization efforts in Reno, according to Dwight. Pacific Development acquired the land site for Ballpark Apartments in 2021 from Simon Property Group for $12 million, the Reno Gazette Journal previously reported.

“Ballpark Apartments reflects our long-standing commitment to developing high-quality communities that contribute to the long-term vitality of the markets we serve,” Sean Murphy, founding partner of Pacific Development, said in a statement. “The financing puts us in an excellent position to continue building a brighter future for Downtown Reno.”
