Law Firm Dunn Isaacson Rhee Leases 11K SF at 7 World Trade Center

Washington D.C.-based law firm Dunn Isaacson Rhee is establishing a new office in New York City.
The firm, which specializes in high stakes trials, investigations and crisis management, has inked an 11,167-square-foot lease on the 34th floor of 7 World Trade Center, developer and landlord Silverstein Properties announced Monday.
Silverstein did not disclose the length of the lease or the asking rent. However, a source close to the deal noted asking rents in the building range from $100 to $150 per square foot.
“We are excited to welcome our teams and our clients into our new Manhattan office later this year,” Jeannie Rhee, managing partner of Dunn Isaacson Rhee, said in a statement. “7 World Trade Center offers the ideal combination of thoughtful design, functionality, and a premier location in the heart of the Financial District and a stone’s throw to the Southern District of New York courthouse.”
Dunn Isaacson Rhee will relocate from 11 Park Place, also in the Financial District. It’s unclear when the firm will make the move. Dunn Isaacson Rhee did not immediately respond to Commercial Observer’s request for comment.
Lisa Ann Pollakowski, Cory Gahr and Richard Plehn from Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the deal, while Silverstein was represented in-house by Keith A. Cody, Gordon Hough and Harlan Strader, as well as by CBRE’s MaryAnn Tighe.
Lee & Associates did not immediately respond to CO’s request for comment.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, 7 World Trade Center was built in 2006 and spans 52 stories and 1.7 million square feet. Other tenants at the property include credit reporting agency Moody’s, global asset manager Capstone Investment Advisors and the New York Academy of Sciences.
