Wealth management firm Cerity Partners is expanding its offices at Midtown’s 99 Park Avenue.

The tenant, which just expanded to 48,671 square feet at the building in December, has signed a deal for 19,600 additional square feet on the eighth floor of Global Holdings’ 26-story office building, bringing its total footprint to about 68,300 square feet, according to the landlord.

It was a 15-year deal with an asking rent starting at $90 per square foot, Global Holdings confirmed.

At least some of the space Cerity occupies is on a sublease, however, as the firm had been a subtenant on the 16th floor of 99 Park Avenue since at least 2024. Cerity will transition to direct occupancy next year.

Global Holdings’ Alexander Radmin represented the landlord in-house alongside JLL’s Paul Glickman, Diana Biasotti, Kristen Morgan and Harrison Potter, while a Cushman & Wakefield team of Nicholas Dysenchuk and Rob Lowe negotiated on behalf of Cerity Partners.

JLL and C&W did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Crain’s New York Business first reported the deal.

Other tenants in the 600,000-square-foot building include Nashville-based real estate development firm Southern Land Company, which signed a 13,000-square-foot lease in June 2025. That deal brought the building to full occupancy.

But that may have changed when health care products company On The Right Track Systems signed a 4,157-square-foot relocation deal at Olmstead Properties381 Park Avenue South, Commercial Observer reported in August.
