The Coconut Creek-based company bought Cocomar Business Park, under development at 4733, 4763 and 4851 West Atlantic Boulevard as its new corporate headquarters, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The company lists its current headquarters as 4700 Lyons Technology Parkway.

The seller is an affiliate of Greystar of Charleston, S.C., which last year bought the site for $30.5 million.

A marketing brochure said the industrial buildings include 32-foot ceilings, 78 dock doors and 313 parking spaces. Each building includes a small amount of office space and conference rooms.

Completion of the 35-acre campus is expected in the third quarter of this year.

In its most recent annual report, Willis Lease Finance said it owns its 60,000-square-foot headquarters in Coconut Creek and leases 45,000 square feet in Pompano Beach, Fla., and 25,000 square feet in Sunrise, Fla. The company reported 475 employees in the U.S., the United Kingdom, Ireland and elsewhere.

As of the end of 2025, Willis Lease Finance owned 363 engines, 20 aircraft, one marine vessel and other leased parts and equipment leased out to 69 lessees in 37 countries.
