The owners of a townhouse rental complex in Coral Springs, Fla., refinanced the property with a $53.3 million loan from Greystone Servicing Company, property records show.

Windsor Castle Luxury Rental Community, located at 3400 Coral Springs Drive, sits along West Sample Road, only two miles from Everglades National Park. Built in 1996, the 6.7-acre property holds 14 buildings and 180 homes. Monthly rental rents range between $2,500 and $3,100, according to Apartments.com

The complex appears to have undergone a makeover. The rental community was once called Atrium Square, but rebranded to Windsor Castle after receiving negative reviews online and a mediocre rating of 2.8 stars on Google.

The new mortgage marks the third loan for the owner, Atrium Square LLC, managed by real estate investor Krishna Persaud. The limited liability company purchased the rental complex for $41.5 million and secured a $31.4 million acquisition loan from Greystone in 2017, according to property records. Three years later, Atrium scored another loan, worth $47 million from Walker & Dunlop, per records.

New York-based Greystone recently financed the acquisition of a repositioned rental in Davie, Fla., with a $23 million mortgage. Circle Capital Partners purchased the property, Vue on 67th, for $35 million.
