Project Management Advisors (PMA), which specializes in overseeing complex construction projects, has leased 5,000 square feet in the Empire State Building at 350 Fifth Avenue, the company announced this week.

The office, which will be the project manager’s seventh outpost nationwide, will consolidate PMA’s existing New York staff and the employees of LPE Management Services, which PMA recently acquired. LPE will move from its current office at 310 East 65th Street.

“This acquisition and our expanded footprint bring the entirety of our experience across industries and project types to New York and the entire Northeast corridor, where there are growing opportunities for knowledgeable real estate partners who understand the nuances of complex developments,” Roger McCarron, president and CEO of PMA, said in a statement.

Asking rent in the five-year lease wasn’t disclosed.

Douglas Levine of Newmark represented PMA in the lease, while Simon Landmann of JLL handled it for the landlord, Empire State Realty Trust. Spokespeople for ESRT, JLL and Newmark didn’t immediately return requests for comment.

The last major lease in the iconic skyscraper was in October, when Centric Brands took 212,000 square feet in the 2.2 million-square-foot building.
