A distributor of grills plans to build a 58,000-square-foot warehouse west of Jupiter, Fla., the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County said Thursday.

Palm Coast Sales will add 10 jobs as part of its expansion. The distributor operates from 14540 Sand Holly Circle in Jupiter. Its additional location is under construction at Palm Beach Park of Commerce, a distribution park in northwestern Palm Beach County that’s home to Amazon (AMZN) and Walgreens distribution centers.

The Jupiter-based Collins Development Co. is developing the new facility and expects to complete construction in early 2022.

Palm Coast Sales is led by husband-and-wife entrepreneurs Dan and Kim O’Connor. The company distributes a number of grill brands, including The Big Green Egg, Napoleon, Twin Eagles/Delta Heat and Green Mountain.

“Palm Coast Sales has continued to expand by adding new product lines and territory,” Dan O’Connor said in a statement. “We needed the additional space to fuel additional product line growth and facilitate day-to-day warehouse operations.”

Warehouse space is in increasingly short supply in Palm Beach County, a trend that’s spurring distribution development in Belle Glade and the Treasure Coast.

The Business Development Board said it helped Palm Coast Sales with property searches and permitting approvals.
