Law firm Helbraun Levey will move its offices to 40 Fulton Street in the Financial District, Commercial Observer has learned.

The law firm signed a long-term lease for 15,000 square feet on the entire 28th and 29th floors of Vornado Realty Trust’s 29-story building between Pearl and Cliff streets, according to landlord brokers CBRE (CBRE). Asking rent was in the low $60s per square foot.

Helbraun Levey — which focuses on representing bars, restaurants and hotels — currently has its offices nearby at 110 William Street.

CBRE’s Bruce Surry and Sam Spillane represented Vornado in the deal, while Andrew Epstein of Easy Street Properties handled it for the tenant. Epstein did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Other tenants in the 252,000-square-foot 40 Fulton include private equity firm Seaport Capital, magazine publisher Fortune, and ad firm Terri & Sandy.
