“I am extremely excited to work with three of the best in the industry, and leverage the JLL global platform to best serve our new and existing clients,” Gribbin told Commercial Observer. “We look forward to building off the Washington, D.C., metro multi-housing market’s continued strength during the pandemic and beyond to position our clients for success.”

Before coming to JLL, Gribbin spent seven years at MAC Realty Advisors, charged with sourcing and executing multifamily investment sales, land sales, joint venture equity investments, and construction financings. He was previously an analyst at Sheridan Property Company, where he evaluated stabilized boutique multi-housing assets in D.C., according to a JLL statement.

“Multi-housing has been one of the strongest performing asset classes throughout the pandemic and we are really excited to add Bill to our growing team in D.C.,” Andrew Weir, JLL’s senior managing director and co-head of the capital markets team in D.C., said in JLL’s statement. “Bill brings with him an extensive background in property analysis, and great relationships with local multi-housing and land owners, which will be a value-add for our current and future clients in the region.”
