Under the new leadership, Lisa will expand into affordable leasing with Hudson Companies’ new development at 350 Clarkson Avenue in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens, as well as two 100 percent affordable buildings called Athena North and Athena South, located at 1043 Fulton Street and 909 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill.

“This is an exciting time at Lisa Management as we work with Hudson to grow our housing offerings at a range of incomes in all five boroughs,” Jorge said in prepared remarks. “I look forward to working with our excellent team here to expand our business and deliver the best possible service to every tenant.”

Lisa currently manages over 2,000 housing units and 100,000 square feet of commercial space.
