Celebrity jewelry designer Maria Tash has inked a deal to take 16,910 square feet of office space at 2 Crosby Street, a boutique office and retail building undergoing redevelopment in Soho.

The seller of diamond studs and pave rings will take the top three floors at the six-story property located between Howard and Grand Streets, the New York Post first reported.

The company signed a 10-year lease with asking rents at $125 per square foot, according to a spokesperson for property owners K Property Group and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. The space includes the entire fourth, fifth and penthouse floors, and includes outdoor space.

Maria Tash will use the offices as its global headquarters, housing its sales, marketing, customer service, and general office operations. The jeweler, which counts Gwyneth Paltrow and Rihanna as clients, has stores in New York, London, Dublin, Rome and Dubai.

The property, dubbed Howard X Crosby, is a combination of 30 and 32 Howard Street. The Spector Group-designed redevelopment is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2020.

In August, famed menswear designer Rick Owens signed a more than five-year lease for the entire 7,500-square-foot third floor, as CO reported. The company also has a retail shop at 30 Howard Street.

Maria Tash was represented by David Stockel and Joseph DeRosa at CBRE, while the property owners were repped by David Malawer at Newmark Knight Frank.
