Public relations firm MWWPR is relocating from just south of Madison Square Park to just north of it in a move to Nomad Tower.

The company inked a 15-year lease for 27,040 square feet on the entire third floor of the Global Holdings Management Group-owned building at 1250 Broadway, between West 31st and West 32nd Streets, according to JLL (JLL). Asking rent in the deal was $80 a square foot.

MWWPR, which is headquartered in East Rutherford, N.J., will move from 304 Park Avenue South, between East 22nd and East 23rd Streets.

JLL’s Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Kristen Morgan represented the tenant. Paul Glickman, Mitchell Konsker, Diana Biasotti and Harley Dalton, all of JLL, repped the landlord, along with Craig Panzirer, who handled the deal for Global Holdings in-house.

“MWWPR was attracted to the building due to its evolving neighborhood amenities and the impressive building renovation,” Chudnoff said in a statement. “The entire third floor will allow MWWPR to completely redesign and reimagine its space to continue to recruit and maintain an ideal workforce and corporate culture.”

Glickman noted in a statement that the newly renovated, 39-story office property “continues to attract a wide variety of creative tenants seeking a vibrant workplace environment that supports productivity and growth.”
