Marquee Brands, the company that owns the rights to Martha Stewart and Emeril Lagasse’s brands, is moving its offices to Vornado Realty Trust (VNO)’s 330 West 34th Street, landlord broker JLL (JLL) announced this week.

The firm inked a 10-year, 27,811-square-foot deal for the entire 15th floor of the 18-story property. Marquee needed to expand and consolidate offices after it acquired Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia for $215 million earlier this year, according to Crain’s New York Business, which broke the news of the deal.

Martha’s home and food division will relocate from its current spot in the Starrett Lehigh Building at 601 West 26th Street, and Marquee will move its offices from West 57th Street. Asking rent in the transaction was $90 per square foot, per a JLL spokesman.

JLL’s Mitch Konsker, Alexander Chudnoff, Benjamin Bass and Harrison Potter represented the tenant. Vornado handled the deal in-house with Josh Glick and Jared Silverman

“Given the building’s amenities, outdoor space and dynamic location, the consolidation will allow Marquee Brands to develop a truly one-of-a-kind office, complete with showrooms, production studio, test kitchen and a variety of collaboration areas for all of their brands which include Emeril Lagasse, BCBG, Ben Sherman and many others,” Bass said in prepared remarks.
