Accounting firm EisnerAmper is moving down the street in Midtown East. The national advisory and tax services firm is relocating its headquarters exactly one block south, from SL Green (SLG) Realty Corp.s 750 Third Avenue to Durst Organization’s 733 Third Avenue, Durst announced in a press release today. EisnerAmper signed a 15-year, 124,327-square-foot lease in the building between East 45th and East 46th Streets.

Asking rent in the deal was $69 a square foot, according to Durst spokesman Jordan Barowitz. The lease encompasses the sixth through ninth floors and part of the 10th floor. The company is moving because its current offices at 750 Third are “spread out across several floors in an inefficient layout,” according to The Real Deal, which broke the news of the lease.

“We are thrilled to welcome EisnerAmper to their new headquarters at 733 Third Avenue,” said Jonathan “Jody” Durst, the president of the Durst Organization, in prepared remarks. “We are able to accommodate Eisner’s need for a large contiguous block of space that also includes an open staircase for increased mobility between floors as well as their own private street entrance.”

EisnerAmper was represented by Newmark (NMRK) Knight Frank’s Neal Goldmacher, Robert Emden and David Emden. An NKF spokeswoman didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. Durst was represented in-house by Tom Bow and Ashlea Aaron.
