“We are excited to continue growing our community at 1775 Tysons,” Lex Miller, a general manager at WeWork, said in a statement. “This expansion will enable our current members to grow within the space and it will also allow new members to take advantage of the incredible convenience that this location offers.” The firm first moved into in the building in 2016, according to the Journal’s report.

Brian Tucker and John Dragelin of JLL (JLL), who did not return Commercial Observer’s request for comment, represented landlord Lerner Enterprises in the deal. It’s unclear if WeWork was represented by a broker. Terms of the deal were not immediately available.

WeWork’s expansion brings the three-year-old 476,000-square-foot tower to full occupancy, according to the Journal’s report. Other prominent tenants in the building include professional services firm Ernst & Young, Park Hotels & Resorts and DXC Technology.
