Thomas P. Sullivan and David P. Danick of Cresa Advisors brokered the deal on behalf of the tenant. Paul Wasserman handled the deal in-house for the landlord, AM Property Holdings.

“Our client needed to expand its offices and really liked the building,” Sullivan said to Blau Journal. “The ability to relocate on the same floor to more than double the original space represented a golden opportunity.”

Brokers from Cresa Advisors and AM Property Holdings did not respond to questions from the Commercial Observer.

The Greek cosmetics company will be moving into their new space in the fall, according to Blau Journal. The asking rent for the space was $58 per square foot, the NYP reported.

Other tenants in the 25-story building between William and Pearl Streets include Dijon Boutique and CBS Midwifery.
