“Chevy Chase Pavilion is a proven location for professional services tenants who prefer a D.C. address within a mixed-use environment more amenable to work-life balance,” Bobby Schwartz, an executive managing director at C&W, said in a prepared statement.

Schwartz along with C&W’s Matt Sullivan and Kirsten Ryan represented Clarion in the transaction. Tony Bolino of CBRE (CBRE) represented the tenant and could not be reached for comment.

AdvantEdge—which has another location in Downtown D.C. at 2101 L Street NW—offers fully spaces for coworkers, furnished private offices, conference rooms, meeting and workroom areas, plus communications, concierge and reception services, per the release. The Chevy Chase location offers an underground parking garage and bike storage, according to the company’s website.
