With 2018 drawing to a close, Commercial Observer caught up with some industry heavy hitters at CO’s 3rd Annual Financing Commercial Real Estate Forum this week to hear what has kept them busiest this year.

Having recently launched an L.A. base, CO also wanted to know who’s doing business in L.A., which projects are attracting their dollars (and elbow grease) and why.

Lastly, we couldn’t resist a lightning round.
