reprintsStephen Feinberg has joined NKF Capital Markets as a director in its debt and structured finance group, Commercial Observer has learned.
Feinberg has eight years of experience across various aspects of the real estate industry, including capital markets, acquisitions, development, asset management and portfolio management. Most recently, he was a vice president in JLL’s New York Metro capital markets group.
He reports to Dustin Stolly and Jordan Roeschlaub, vice chairmen and the co-heads of debt and structured finance at NKF.
“The addition of Stephen to the Capital Markets team will ensure that we continue to feature the brightest minds in the commercial real estate market, who will continue to broker high-level transactions that fit the needs of our clients,” Stolly said in prepared remarks.
“Stephen brings a great energy to our team and a level of expertise that will enable our platform to grow tremendously,” Roeschlaub added.
Feinberg is joining an increasingly active team, whose recent deal closings include a $342 million refinance of HNA Group’s 850 Third Avenue (with Natixis as senior lender and Paramount Group and Harbor Group International in the mezz spots) and the $355 million refinance of three of Nightingale Properties and Wafra Capital Partners‘ properties in Philadelphia’s Central Business District (with KKR Real Estate Finance Trust and and TPG Real Estate Finance Trust as lenders).
“I am excited to join this team, which has the proud reputation as being the leading team in the market,” said Feinberg. “The talented team that I am joining will focus on the steady growth of our business. I look forward to leveraging my capital markets and ownership side experience to bring best-in-class service and value to our clients.”
