The fun began last night in Las Vegas at the Encore‘s Jardin, where Commercial Observer hosted a party to kick off the International Council of Shopping Centers‘ annual RECon event.

Many of the best names in New York City real estate came to sip wine and eat prosciutto and talk about everybody’s favorite topics: retail, retail, retail.
