According to the press release announcing his hiring Mr. Korren will oversee the brokerage division and focus on business development, infrastructure and day-to-day operations at EVO.

“This is a great time for EVO.  It was recently selected as the exclusive Manhattan member of NAI Global, which gives us an international platform upon which to support our clients’ needs,” said Mr. Korren in prepared remarks.  “What’s more, privately-held, mid-sized firms like EVO have a terrific competitive advantage because they can respond quickly and create customized business solutions for their clients.   Furthermore, EVO offers stability as opposed to the major changes affecting so many other brokerage and tenant rep firms in our industry.  All in all, this is a very exciting time to join the firm.”

Mr. Korren holds an M.B.A and B.S. in management from New York University. He lives in Roslyn, N.Y.
