Yale Robbins was represented by Newmark (NMRK) Grubb Knight Frank’s Paul Davidson and Matthew Feigen.

“The new landlord made a contribution towards their buildout,” said Mr. Davidson. “New is better than tired and old.

The landlord, 205 Lexington Associates, was represented by David Hoffman, Bryan Boisi and Christine Colley of DTZ.

“DTZ, on behalf of Somerset Group, is pleased to continue our successful leasing campaign at 205 Lexington Avenue.  Our high-end build-outs and superb location continue to attract quality tenants such as Yale Robbins,” said Mr. Boisi.

Yale Robbins publishes a handful of real estate trade publications, including the New Jersey Cooperator, New England Condominium, The Chicagoland Cooperator and the South Florida Cooperator.
