Lam Group Scoops Up Chinatown Building for $11.5M

Lam Group has purchased 41-43 Division Street for $11.5 million.
The deal for the 21,000-square-foot, seven-story Chinatown building closed on June 2 and appeared in public records today.
The seller of the building was H.K.D.C. Division Realty Corp., which wasn’t immediately reachable for comment.
Bow Ding Seafood and Sunrise Kitchen Supplies are tenants in the building.
Keith Lam, managing director of construction at Lam Group, said the company is determining the best use for the building.
“It will have to be a [mystery],” he said.
