Japan’s Largest Airline Touches Down at 630 Third Avenue

Japan’s largest airline has found a new Manhattan landing strip.

The Commercial Observer has learned that All Nippon Airways is relocating from 1251 Avenue of the Americas to 8,450 square feet at 630 Third Avenue.

Arthur J. Draznin and Hunter Berman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, ATCO Properties & Management, in the 10-year, six month transaction. Junji Miyake and Mariyon Robertson of Cassidy Turley represented the tenant. Asking rent was $52 per square foot.

Other tenants at the 23-story 630 Third Avenue include the PR firm Sard Verbinnen & Co., the law firm Cox Padmore Skolnik & Shakarchy Inc. and Commonwealth Land Title.

ATCO Co-President Kate Goodman said that 14,468 square feet of office space is still available at the Grand Central-area property.
