PB Teen’s parent company, Pottery Barn, has had a store at this address since 1979. The pubescent branch sells trendier furniture and bedding items to high school aged customers.

“We first leased this space to Pottery Barn 34 years ago, and I’m pleased that they’ve had success at this location,” Mr. Spiegel said in a prepared statement. “The demographics in this neighborhood are clearly a match for [PB Teen’s] offerings of furniture and residential accessories.”
