New Hires Join Eastern Consolidated, Lee & Associates and Ackman-Ziff

reprintsEastern Consolidated has hired Ari Schwartz as an associate director, it was announced last week.
Mr. Schwartz, who is the fifth attorney to join the investment services firm, will specialize in bankruptcy, financial restructuring and real estate and commercial law, as he did at Teitelbaum & Baskin, the law firm he worked for before joining Eastern Consolidated.
“Historically during quiet and downtimes in the economy, Eastern has grown by adding new experts to its brokerage team,” said Daun Paris, president of Eastern Consolidated, in a prepared statement.
“Especially now at a time when mortgage notes seem to be the product du jour, we are adding professionals such as Ari who have the experience and legal expertise to help guide our clients through the complicated morass of bankruptcy and financial restructuring,” she added.
