A standout Eastdil Secured brokerage team has been tapped to shop the SL Green-owned 521 Fifth Avenue, a 39-story tower built in 1929. Sources told Lois Weiss that Doug Harmon and Adam Spies have been called on to sell “anywhere from 49 to 80 percent” of the Shreve, Lamb & Blake-designed property. (NYP)
