The Real Estate Board of New York wants you to man up and submit your nominations for the group’s Retail Committee’s Deal of the Year Cocktail Party on Tuesday, June 14, from 5:30 p.m.
The three categories include:

Last year’s Most Creative Retail Deal went to Robin Abrams and Howard Dolch of the Lansco Corporation for their work with Filene’s Basement and Syms Clothing at 530 Fifth Avenue.
RKF & Associates brokers Robert K. Futterman, Gary Alterman, and Ariel Schuster grabbed the 2010 REBNY RDMSBRM for their work with the Fairway Market at 240 East 86th Street.
Who will be this year’s winners?
Will it be the 39,000 square foot deal for REI at 303 Lafayette Street? Uniqlo at 666 Fifth Avenue?
