Cohen & Gresser LLP, a corporate law firm specializing in litigation, will expand into an additional 11,300 square feet at 800 Third Avenue, brokers told The Commercial Observer yesterday.
The firm has space on the 20th and 21st floors already, and will add the entire 19th in a 10-year lease with an asking rent $65 a foot.
“Because of the large floor plates,” at 800 Third Avenue, there are “lots of perimeter offices,” said Rich Teichman, of Joseph P. Day Realty Corp.
Vivendi Universal, Levy Phillips and Konigsberg, LLP and Van Wagner Communications are among the building’s other tenants.
Mr. Teichman and associate Richard Brickell manage the building for owner 800 3rd Avenue Associates. Noel Flagg of Newmark (NMRK) Knight Frank represented the tenant.–GV
