Sharp, Decisive Techies to Buzz About Near Bryant Park

The techies of Sharp Decisions are taking 7,600 square feet in Skyline Developers‘ 24 stories of high-tech sheen. Near Bryant Park, the tower at 1040 Sixth Avenue was recently fitted with worker-bee luxuries including a Wall Street Journal video wall.
Eric S. Cagner and Kyle J. Ciminelli of Newmark Knight Frank represented Sharp Decisions in the deal. Billy Cohen and Matthew Leon, also of Newmark Knight Frank, repped the building owner. The asking rent for the space was $45 a square foot.
