61 Broadway
The Home Insurance Co. signed a 15-year lease for 23,750 square feet, the entire sixth floor of 61 Broadway. The company will move from 59 Maiden Lane later this summer.
Asking rents were $34 to $37 per square foot, according to the Post, which reported the lease on June 1.
David Israni and Ramona Hugel represented landlord Broad Street Development in-house. Andrew Peretz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
