Haks Engineers Takes 45K Sq. Ft. in Trump’s 40 Wall Street

Construction and engineering firm Haks Engineers signed a 10-year lease, totaling 44,901 square feet, in the Trump Building at 40 Wall Street. The asking rent was $37 per square foot. The firm expanded its current lease by adding 10,675 square feet on the fourth floor; it has occupied 33,426 square feet on the 11th floor since 2004.
Marc Shapses and Jason Schwartzenberg of Studley represented the tenant. Jeffrey Lichtenberg, an independent consultant, and Adam Foster of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
Crain’s reported the lease on June 2.
