Upscale Italian fashion designers aren’t just for clothing labels anymore. Milan Luxury, a home furnishings store opening in Soho, sells an amalgam of designer linen and houseware brands from Missoni to Oscar de la Renta.

Besides its litany of luxury brands, the store intends to introduce the entire Italian shopping experience to the neighborhood, which wouldn’t be complete without a cafe of its own. At 482 Broome Street, the home furnishings store will take 2,300 square feet on the ground level and another 2,300 square feet on a lower level.

Amira Yunis and Lyle Trued of Newmark Knight Frank represented Milan Luxury in the 10-year deal. Rudd Realty‘s Michelle Ball repped landlord T.F. Halom.
