650 Fifth Avenue

The gold-box standard of all things chocolate is restaking its flagship store. Godiva Chocolatier leased 1,200 square feet of high-profile temptation at 650 Fifth Avenue.

“Godiva sought a new flagship location on Fifth Avenue,” said James P. Quinn, one of the Jones Lang LaSalle brokers for the building. “The chocolatier was attracted by this high-profile site at 650 Fifth Avenue. The area’s high foot traffic from pedestrians and tourists made it an ideal choice.”

Karen Bellantoni with Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the tenant in the 15-year deal. Landlord 650 Fifth Avenue Co. was represented by Mr. Quinn, Gary Youm, Randy Abend, Aaron Ellison and Nina Marroccoli of Jones Lang LaSalle.

the view of the new fifth ave store is amazing! But the dipped fruit in the front needs a lot of  work. the women that I had seen dip the strawberries seemed to not really care about a neat presentation and made them unappetizing.  I would think twice before making a purchase of dipped fruits in this location.
