Women’s footwear chain Naturalizer will lease 1,935 square feet at 1460 Broadway, between 41st and 42nd streets in Times Square. The 10-year lease will be the chain’s second Manhattan location.

Jeff Winick, CEO of Winick Realty, and Hal Shapiro, managing director, represented the Blackstone Group, the landlord. Winick previously brokered deals with Godiva and salad chain Chop’t to the same building. Andrew Mandel of Ripco represented Naturalizer, part of the footwear company Brown Shoe.
