Wildflower Ltd.

Wildflower Ltd. is a Manhattan-based real estate developer founded in 2017 by Adam Gordon and Matthew Dicker.

The firm specializes in the e-commerce, logistics, studio and self-storage sectors. It is Amazon's most active New York City developer, leasing multiple warehouses to the e-commerce giant in Queens and Brooklyn. In 2019, it bought a 5.25-acre site in Astoria for a planned 500,000-square-foot film studio.

In addition to Gordon and Dicker, Wildflower's other partners include David Johnson and Raphael De Niro, son of actor Robert De Niro, as of spring 2021.
