Ryan Serhant’s name is everywhere — and he makes it that way.

Since starting his own firm in 2020, Serhant said he’s made it his mission to put Serhant’s properties “in front of more qualified eyeballs than anybody else,” whether that’s through Netflix shows, promotional videos with celebrities, or flashy new hires.

“Your job [as a broker] is to create a marketplace for properties for your buyer,” Serhant said. “And we do that across a media flywheel, from large-scale entertainment to thought leadership on a small scale.”

It’s already been Serhant’s biggest year yet, with the firm completing $1 billion in closed and in-
contract deals in just the first 37 days of 2025. The firm also crossed $5 billion in total sales for the year by July.

Moreover, Serhant is marketing properties such as Atlanta’s White House, a townhouse at 125 East 65th Street on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, and a 60-unit residential development in Jersey City, N.J. The firm, too, recently broke a pricing record in Fort Myers, Fla., by selling a penthouse for $5.3 million.

Serhant said he’s “hit his stride” as a CEO this year, building a team of more than 1,000 agents nationally in key markets such as New York City, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia and the Washington metro area.

“I feel like the training wheels are off for me this year, and you can see it in the results,” Serhant said.

In addition to leading his firm, Serhant — who himself has completed roughly $15 billion in sales — finished the largest residential deal of his career this year with a portfolio of properties in Palm Beach, Fla., totaling roughly $350 million. And, with Season Two of “Owning Manhattan” premiering Dec. 5, Serhant certainly has a lot to celebrate — but it’s not all business-related.

“My biggest personal achievement in the past year? I bench-pressed 225 [pounds] eight [times] for the first time. Never done that before,” Serhant said.

As for the future, it’s “world domination.” All kidding aside, Serhant said: “I have no doubt in my mind that Serhant will be the No. 1 real estate brokerage by revenue, and I’d say probably by net income, within the next five years.”
