Young makes the  jump from Brookfield Properties, now known as BGRE, where she was senior vice president of retail leasing, according to Vornado.

“Elisa is an accomplished retail leasing executive with a distinguished track record of attracting world-class brands and shaping premier retail destinations,” Glen Weiss, Vornado’s executive vice president of office leasing and co-head of real estate, said in a statement. “Her deep industry relationships, market expertise and strategic vision will be instrumental as we continue to strengthen and elevate Vornado’s exceptional retail portfolio. We are pleased to welcome her to Vornado.”

Young has worked with a number of major retailers in her career, striking deals with Gucci, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Sephora, Lululemon, Eataly and TAG Heuer in Brookfield’s Manhattan portfolio since joining that firm in 2019.

Prior to her time at BGRE, Young worked at boutique brokerage Robin Zendell & Associates but started her retail brokerage career at SiteWorks Retail Real Estate Services in 2013, according to her LinkedIn profile.
