West Hollywood’s most recognized mixed-used office campus is racking up more new leases and renewals.
Owner Cohen Brothers Realty secured more than a dozen tenant deals for 76,100 square feet at the Pacific Design Center, Commercial Observer can first report. The 1.6 million-square-foot “red, green and blue” buildings are across from West Hollywood Park along San Vicente Boulevard and Melrose Avenue.
In the largest deal, furniture maker A. Rudin signed an 11-year renewal and will relocate into an 11,000-square-foot flagship showroom in the Blue Building.
The new showroom tenants include TwoPages Curtains, which took 7,000 square feet; Walters Wicker and Gryphon Audio LA, each with 3,500 square feet; Spanish outdoor furniture brand Gandia Blasco with 3,000 square feet; and Brooklinen with 1,500 square feet.
Also, Jasper expanded and renewed for 8,000 square feet, while Mimi London renewed 8,000 square feet. Janus et Cie and DEDON each renewed 5,000-square-foot showrooms, while Schumacher retained 4,100 square feet, Aran Cucine renewed 3,500 square feet, and Samuel & Sons renewed 2,500 square feet.
For food and beverage, Très LA signed for approximately 6,000 square feet on the ground floor of the Green Building in an 11-year lease, while Community Goods is opening along Melrose Avenue, and the Detour food truck concept is also set to open at Pacific Design Center.
Matthew Breliant, senior vice president at Cohen Brothers Realty, represented the landlord on the latest transactions.
The showroom and dining leases follow nearly 96,000 square feet of office leases in September with tenants including SuperOrdinary, Hourglass Cosmetics, Pattern Beauty, Princess Polly and Grindr.
