Venture X Coworking Location to Open in Pompano Beach

Priddy Spaces has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease for a Venture X coworking location in Pompano Beach, Fla.

The coworking operator signed a 10-year lease at a 44,102-square-foot office property within Grover Corlew’s Mayla Pompano mixed-use development. Located at 2335 East Atlantic Boulevard, the four-story office building sits two blocks east of Dixie Highway and was constructed in 2020.

The coworking outpost — which will span the building’s second, third and fourth floors — will feature 85 private office suites and four meeting rooms. It’s expected to open next year.

“Pompano Beach is experiencing one of the most exciting transformations in South Florida,” Kevin Priddy, co-founder and CEO of Priddy Spaces, said in a statement. “The combination of new residential development, improved infrastructure, vibrant dining and retail, and its proximity to the beach has created an environment where businesses and talent want to be.”

Pompano Beach, long a working-class town, is seeing a rush of luxury condo development along its coast, from the likes of Miami-based Related Group and other developers.

West Palm Beach-based Priddy Spaces is a franchisee of Venture X, operating five locations in South Florida, with Vast Coworking Group serving as the franchisor. Private equity firm New State Capital Partners purchased Vast Coworking Group earlier this year for an undisclosed amount.

Priddy Spaces operates a Venture X location in nearby Boca Raton at Grover Corlew’s Palmetto Central office campus. The four-acre Mayla Pompano mixed-use development includes a 355-unit apartment building and two other office properties.
