Construction Firm Brasfield & Gorrie Inks 19K-SF Lease in Broward County
The move will triple the firm’s footprint

Construction firm Brasfield & Gorrie is relocating in South Florida, from Coral Gables to Weston, where it signed a 19,330-square-foot lease.
The general contractor will move into the Weston Pointe I building in the second quarter of 2027, according to JLL, which represented the tenant. It will occupy most of the third floor within the four-story building at 2400 North Commerce Parkway, just west of I-75. It’s part of the two-building Weston Pointe campus that was built between 1999 and 2001.
The move will triple Brasfield & Gorrie’s footprint from Coral Gables, where it was based within Ryder System’s former headquarters.
“Brasfield & Gorrie required additional office space to accommodate their rapid growth, and Weston offered the strategic location and connectivity,” JLL’s Ryan Levy, who represented Brasfield & Gorrie, said in a statement.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chase Kulp and Deanna Lobinsky represented the landlord, New York Life Investment Management, which purchased the 99,752-square-foot asset for $114.8 million in 2016.
Brasfield & Gorrie is also expanding at its headquarters in Birmingham, Ala., where it broke ground in March on a four-story, 88,000-square-foot building that will expand its existing office. The expansion is expected to cost $65 million.
A representative for Brasfield & Gorrie did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
