We gather stones … some to make a diamond ring.
Luxury jewelry brand Julie Vos has signed a 14,000-square-foot office lease at Savitt Partners’ 218-232 West 40th Street in Midtown Manhattan, tenant broker Lee & Associates NYC announced Thursday.
Julie Vos will occupy the entire fourth floor of the 12-story office building. The length of the lease was not disclosed, but the asking rent was $46 per square foot, according to Lee & Associates.
Julie Vos will move employees this month from its current spot at 10 East 38th Street to its new West 40th Street spot, located midblock between Seventh and Eighth avenues.
Woody King from Lee represented the tenant, a maker of high-end fashion jewelry, on this deal.
“The combination of a private full-floor presence, quality buildout and highly accessible location made this an excellent fit for Julie Vos,” King said in a statement. “The new office gives the company an elevated headquarters that reflects its brand and supports its continued growth.”
Brian Neugeboren, Nicole Goetz and Matthew Savitt from Savitt Partners represented the landlord in-house in the deal, using the LLC 218 West 40th Associates.
“Today’s office tenants are increasingly focused on finding spaces that can serve multiple functions while reflecting their brand identity,” Savitt said in a statement. “Julie Vos found that opportunity at 218 West 40th Street, and we are pleased to welcome them to the building.”
Other tenants at 218 West 40th Street include bra maker Ariela & Associates International and manufacturing company Avery Dennison.
