Dwight Investment Management Provides $42M Refi for College Station Apartments

Partin Development has sealed $42 million of bridge debt to refinance a newly built multifamily asset near Texas A&M University, Commercial Observer has learned.

Dwight Investment Management supplied the loan for the 288-unit 1720 at Harvey property in College Station, Texas, that opened in 2023.  The debt was originated by Dwight’s Katie Goldenberg and will refinance existing debt along with providing cash-out proceeds to the borrower, according to Dwight.

The deal closed nearly two years after Partin secured $24 million of acquisition financing from Benefit Street Partners for the project, CO first reported at the time 

Located at 1720 Summit Crossing Lane a mile from the Texas A&M campus, the property has apartments ranging from one- to three-bedrooms. Community amenities include swimming pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a clubhouse, a business center, a pet park and grilling areas.

Partin Development and Greystone Capital Advisors did not immediately return requests for comment.
