Rudin Taps Global Holdings SVP Craig Panzirer as Office Leasing Head

Rudin has hired Craig Panzirer as senior vice president for office leasing, Commercial Observer has learned. 

Panzirer began the new role in July. He is now tasked with leading the leasing strategy of Rudin’s 8.6 million-square-foot portfolio of office properties, including major towers like 345 Park Avenue, 3 Times Square, One Battery Park Plaza and the planned supertall 350 Park Avenue. He reports directly to Michael Rudin, the firm’s co-CEO.

“With more than three decades of experience leasing Class A New York City buildings, Craig will be an invaluable addition to Rudin’s leadership and broader leasing team,” Michael Rudin said in a statement. “His deep relationships, market knowledge and track record of notable transactions make him an ideal fit for our portfolio of world-class office properties.”

Panzirer joins Rudin with a lengthy track record, most recently after nine years as senior vice president and director of leasing at Global Holdings Management Group. Prior to joining Global Holdings in 2017, Panzirer led leasing for Vornado’s now 10.5 million-square-foot Penn District portfolio over the course of about seven years as senior vice president. 

Panzirer graduated from the College of Staten Island in 1987. His earlier real estate roles included vice president and director of leasing at Monday Properties and senior vice president of leasing at JLL, according to Panzirer’s LinkedIn profile.

Global Holdings did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
