SL Green Realty Corp. signed leases at One Vanderbilt this week totaling 124,000 square feet, the real estate investment trust announced Monday.

The first deal was a 97,562-square-foot, 15-year office lease for the 63rd through 66th floors with an unnamed tenant. In addition, TD Securities signed a 24,020-square-foot, 20-year expansion on the 11th floor, bringing its footprint in the building to 142,892 square feet.

Then, in a third deal, InTandem Capital Partners and Sagewind Capital together signed a 2,163-square-foot, 7-year expansion for part of the 24th floor, bringing their space in the building to 12,328 square feet.

“One Vanderbilt continues to attract companies seeking best-in-class office space, location and amenities and is now on track to exceed our recently revised year-end leasing projection of 90 percent,” Steve Durels, SL Green (SLG)’s leasing director, said in a statement.

The 1.7 million-square-foot supertall building is set to open its observation deck this fall, and chef Daniel Boulud opened his new Le Pavillon restaurant on the building’s second floor last month.

Robert Alexander, Ryan Alexander, Emily Chabrier and Alex D’Amario of CBRE represented the landlord in each transaction, and it’s not clear if the tenants had brokers. SL Green and the brokers declined to comment on the identity of the unnamed tenant.
