“Sondra’s deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and reputation as a sector specialist—coupled with her depth of experience across nearly every product type—makes her an incredible asset to our team,” Robert Perry, president of the Americas real estate division for CBRE Global Investors, said in a statement.

Wenger previously led real estate investment strategies while serving in senior executive roles at CIM Group, General Electric and Equity Office Properties. Over the course of her career, Wenger has led more than $10 billion of transactions in more than 35 cities across various sectors.

Wenger is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside and holds a bachelor of science degree in business with an emphasis in accounting.
