Fintech company Even Financial took 11,935 square feet to relocate its headquarters within the Flatiron District, Commercial Observer has learned.

Even Financial signed a five-year lease for space on the seventh and eighth floors of Two Trees Management’s 50 West 23rd Street between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, according to Two Trees and tenant broker Lee & Associates NYC. The space also includes a private roof deck.

Spokespeople for Two Trees and Lee NYC declined to provide the asking rent, but CoStar Group data estimates it ranges from $54 to $66 per square foot.

Even Financial, which provides application programming interfaces for financial services firms, was founded in 2014 and was previously headquartered nearby at 43 West 24th Street. It moved to its new digs last month.

“Even Financial has had its headquarters in the center of the Flatiron District for many years,” Lee NYC’s Dennis Someck said in a statement. “It was looking to improve the quality of its space, and we’re thrilled to have found them a new home in one of Manhattan’s best Flatiron buildings, with large and custom floor plates and probably one of the most exciting roof decks.”

Someck represented Even Financial along with colleague Justin Myers. Two Trees handled the deal in-house via Elizabeth Bueno.

“With Even Financial joining 50 W 23rd Street’s bustling atmosphere of top talent in Manhattan, the building is now 100 percent leased,” Bueno said in a statement. “Located in the heart of the Flatiron District, Two Trees’ building offers today’s most important amenities — a large landscaped communal rooftop and bike room — which are both open for all employees to enjoy.”

Other tenants in the 341,000-square-foot 50 West 23rd include Dropbox, The Skimm and Foursquare.
